04/03/2007, PhD, with Doctoral Thesis  " Study of Oxidative Determinants in Aterosclerosis".

Since 15/ Maj 2008 to 11 March 2013 she was Post Doc  with  research project “Food risk assessment by Ochratoxin A exposure through the consumption of grapes, wheat, pistachios and coffee”.

Since 01 April 2014 at 31 March 2018 was Post Doc with research project titled “Monitoring of exposure to Bisphenol A in the healthy population of the province of Catania".

Since 1 March 2013 she is teacher of Hygiene for Italian Studies Center of Osteopathy (CSDOI) of Catania, Italy.

Since 10 October 2012 at today she is teacher of General and Applied Hygiene for Social Assistant's degree course of University of Catania. Italy.

Since 10 October 2010 to 10 octobe 2011 was teacher of Hygiene for the degree course in Food Science and Technology of University of Catania. Italy.

Since 20 July 2010 to 2013 was teacher of "Techniques of monitoring and assessment of the impact on the environment and human health from Biohazard" for the II Level Master courses (First and Second edition) "Monitoring and assessment of the mutagenic, carcinogenic and teratogenic environmental risk” of University of Catania. Italy.

Since 26 September 2016 Dr. Oliveri Conti G. collaborates with Scientists of Environmental Health Department of Harvard School of Public Health, USA.

Since December 2018, Dr. Oliveri Conti G. collaborates with Director of Environmental Health Department of Columbia University, New York, USA.

Dr. Oliveri Conti G. in 2017-2018 was guest editor of a special issue of Food and Chemical Toxicology journal (Elsevier).

Since 2017 Dr. Oliveri Conti was enabled through a national competition as Associated professor in  Preventive Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Oliveri Conti G. inventor of an italian patent (March 2020) about a new methodology of counting and measurements of microplastics in several biological and inorganic matrices, accepted in 2020.

(7 March 2019) Dr. Oliveri Conti G. extended the italian patent about a new methodology of counting and measurements of microplastics in several biological and inorganic matrices  in several extrauropean countries and in EU.

Dr. Oliveri Conti is associated to the both "Building Hygiene" and “Health and Environment”  working groups of SItI (Italian Society of Hygiene), AISETOV, EUPHA.

The research of Dr. G. Oliveri Conti is proved by 388 publications (scientific papers published in international journals, monographs, academic books and chapters, proceedings of national and international congress and conferences) covered various issues of epidemiology, environmental hygiene, ecotoxicology, food hygiene and nutrition safety, hospital hygiene, public health, internal medicine and general biology, all aimed at protecting the health of the community.

Since 02 November 2021 she is Researcher RTDb.
